Being Clever

Being clever is difficult. Especially if you’re me. But now like many movies before me, I will try to make a blog about something that’s important in my life, with a clever spin.

Recently I was involved in a tussle (even though it really wasn’t a tussle). Yes I said a tussle, and the person I was tussling with was my girlfriend. She has headaches, for a week straight, to the point where she can’t sleep. So I tell her to go to the Doctor the third day this is going on. Yet she refuses to and tries her mom’s remedies: dehumidifiers, air purifiers, and even switching from Advil to Exedrin. Lets just say her mom is not a certified doctor and these are all hearsay remedies. None of it worked, obviously as I am here a week later telling you that her head still hurts. She managed to stumble to the doctors and get migrane medication that still doesn’t help. So, here is the payoff joke, I ask her, “So is your mom a doctor or something?” That was some clever spunk right there. Not really obviously but as I mentioned before spunk is hard to come by, or was it cleverness?
